Come play apprentice distillers in our immersive workshop. At the heart of the distillery, you’ll discover the art of distillation and become the craftsman of your very own spirit. Welcomed and guided by Justine and Jean-Christophe, the master distillers and creators of Spiritum, you’ll craft your own unique spirit – gin or vodka – from start to finish ! You’ll choose from a variety of handpicked ingredients to create a blend that reflects your taste. Learn the basics of distillation and the art of balancing flavors. After distilling your own recipe in a copper still, you’ll take home a one-of-a-kind bottle, the fruit of your creativity.Workshop reserved for adults only.
